Our organization assists in finding job opportunities and provides job training programs to help ex-offenders successfully integrate into the workforce in Zimbabwe.

Life Skills Workplace

We offer training sessions on basic life skills such as financial literacy, leadership course including time management, and communication to help returning citizens succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Funding for Projects

We may provide funding for small business start-ups, educational pursuits, and other meaningful projects to help returning citizens rebuild their lives.

Workforce Development

We aim to collaborate with employers and community partners in Zimbabwe to provide training and employment opportunities that match an individual’s skills and interests.

Personal Documents

We assist with obtaining important identification documents such as birth certificates, IDs, and driver’s licenses required for employment in Zimbabwe.

Ecocash and Bank Accounts

Our organization strives to work on access to financial services such as EcoCash and bank accounts to promote personal financial development justice justice-involved individuals.

Legal Registration of Cell Phone Lines

We educate our members on the advantages of registering their cell phone lines in compliance with legal requirements.

 

Food Provisions

Our organization provides food assistance to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity post-release

Clothing

We offer clothing assistance to transitioning individuals to help them make a positive first impression in the workforce and maintain appropriate attire.

Counseling and Clinical Care

We offer confidential counseling services and refer transitioning individuals to clinical care and medication management to address the emotional and psychological challenges as well as manage mental health conditions that come with transitioning out of incarceration.

Substance Abuse Treatment and Monitoring

We support individuals through substance abuse treatment programs, ongoing monitoring, and inspire individuals to manage and maintain sobriety post-release.

Education

Our organization helps individuals through educational opportunities such as O’ Level courses, vocational training, and college preparation in Zimbabwe to help them succeed academically.
